The text talk about a car in movement an all ocasions. When you have water in the road, you have a little friction between the tries and the water and the car becomes difiult to control. When you have snow, it moves even less than water because it tries have several deep grooves in their tread.

It talks about the car moveing in all types of ocasions. When you have water on teh road you dont have as much control. It is the same concept with snow.

It talks about how the car in move in all occassions. It states the friction between the tires changes with the weather (water or snow). The tire's grooves take in the snow.

It talks about how different surfaces have different amounts of friction. For example rain, ice, and snow reduce friction. Depending on how the grooves are on your tires the friction will be different.
