Calorimetry is the science of measureing heat and chemical changes. It's used to figure out how much energy it takes to change things temperatures. That's how they figure out how many calories food has.

Calorimetry is the science of measuring the heat of chemical reactions or physical changes. This basically used to determine how much energy is released. It is a science.

Colorimetry is the science of measuring the heat of chemical reactions or physical changes. Calorimetry involves the use of a calorimeter. Constant-volume calorimetry is calorimetry performed at a constant volume.
