Conservation of energy states that the total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant. Conservation of energy is change in pe + change in ke + change in internal energy equals zero. The conservation of energy conserves heat to and it remains heat constant.

Conservation of energy states that the total amount of energy does not disappear. It just changes form. Heat is a form of energy that also remains constant. Heat does not disappear. It just disippates or changes form.

It says that the total energy in an isolated system stays constant. Heat also remains constant. That is how these two relate.
