Field force is a force that you can't see but sometimes you can fell it. It can attract or repel things. Example of attract is the paper in the ballon and exemple of repel if ballon with ballon with oposits forces.

It was an electrical field. It effected things because of the field created by the static electricity. That is why the paper stuck to the baloon.

It's a force that doesn't physicaly make contact with the object it is affecting. The force we saw yester day was static electricity. It affects objects of different or same charge with its electrons.
