Yesterday

Yesterday you picked some fluid projects. Why do you like your project would be fun for little kids to to and what would they learn?

One of the projects I really liked was to mix cornstarch and water to make a goo. Little kids will like this project because they love to make messes and do things with their hands. They will be able to feel the goo and see how it changes from solid to liquid. They can learn the different states of matter.

One of the projects I like is the tornado with the two liter bottles. Little kids would like this one because they get to shake the bottles up and see how a tornado works. They learn how it works.

I liked throwing a balloon into the air and then running so that i didnt get its contents all over me when it popped. That was my favorite part of the day. THE END

I liked the goo too. I think the kids will like to feel the goo and play with it as it changes from hard to runny. I think they can learn that with pressure on the goo it is hard, but once there is no pressure on it, then it becomes a runnier liquid.

I think mine would be cool because they would have to think on how the egg got into the bottle. This would also help then think on if they would like to try this when they get older.

I think kids would enjoy these projects because they are easy and fun. The projects also can teach something to them. They might pick up on a few things that they wouldnt have learned if it was just read to them out of a book. Games and projects are a great way to help younger kids learn because they are having fun and they will be more willing to learn.
