Making a boat

Today you are going to make a boat and hope that it floats. What was the hardest part about making a paper boat?

The hardest part of making a boat would be to have not one side too heavy. If one side is too heavy it will tip over and sink. Also having enough layers of paper so that the water doesn' seep in and cause it to sink.

I think that hardest part was to make sure that our boats were water proof. You didn't want any of the paper to get wet because it would get soggy and sink faster. We also had to make sure that the boats were surdy so they didn't tip over then the weight was added to them.

To make it waterproof was the hardest part. Also to think of our desing was difficult. But now that we are done, I think the biggest thing will be keeping the weights in the middle of the boat.

the hardest part of making a boat is to figure out what kind of design you want to base your boat on... because you need one that is deep and wide, but will not tip over. THE END
